Marriage Rate in the US

18to24College = Percentage of people in the age group 18-24 that have graduated from college in the state.
25+College = Percentage of people that are 25 years old or older and have graduated from college in the state.
StudentDebt = Percentage of people in the state the have student debt (Any amount).
